SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. How long will it take to process my order?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. We process our orders from Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekend will be processed on next business day.
2. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME

Below are the shipping method options and costs.

  • Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days: FREE
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-Days: $7.69

Matican.com offers 3-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Matican.com orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.

3. MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. We recommend placing a separate order for each address to ship to multiple addresses.

4. BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

  • 4th of July

  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving

5. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To better serve our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.

6. UNDELIVERED PACKAGE

If the address you provided is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.
